28 mm cut width – 7 mm finished width

  • Binds the raw edge of the fabric
  • Ideal for thicker fabrics

This attachment enables raw fabric edges, e.g. necklines, to be bound with a jersey or bias tape. When sewing, the upper side of the fabric strip is folded double and the lower side remains open and flat, thus reducing the thickness. This technique is particularly useful for thick, voluminous materials.
