Jeans Foot #8 is ideal for straight-stitching over thick seams and on multilayer or densely woven materials such as denim, canvas or travel bags (for optimum results, use the straight-stitch plate).

This foot has a narrow needle opening, which when combined with the straight-stitch plate for optimum results, gives the needle the greatest possible stability. And the flat sole of this foot makes it easier for the foot to glide over the thick layers of fabric.

Jeans foot  #8 is also ideal for straight-stitching medium weight  and thin materials
