Create bias binding tape using fabric of your choice.

Use with heat sensitive adhesive tape in the upper groove, and a piece of fabric cut on the bias in the lower groove, to make fusible bias tape. Perfect for Celtic and stained glass quilt designs. (Use with Clover's Fusible Web 10mm width)
