Brother’s Airflow 3000 2/3/4 thread overlocker is built for speed, with an easy-to-use air threading system, advanced needle threader, quick release levers and stitching speeds of up to 1,300spm.

Simply insert your thread into the threading holes and ‘whoosh’ Brother’s air system guides it through the loopers for you. By pairing air power with an advanced needle threader, threading an overlocker has never been so quick or easy.

The Airflow 3000 gives you much stitch choice: 4 thread overlock, 3 thread overlock narrow or wide, 2 thread overlock narrow or  wide, flat lock 2 or 3 thread, pin tuck, blind hem, rolled hem, narrow hem and lettuce edge.

Make working on challenging fabrics a breeze - with this machine you can achieve the finest of finishes on knits, stretchy materials, sheer fabrics and Lycra. With a differential feed ratio of 0.7mm to 2mm you’ll get an outstanding stitch quality, no matter what fabric you’re working on.

Keep the flow going with quick release levers for rolled hemming and deactivating the cutting knife.  One lever will give you an instant rolled hem (choose between smooth or wavy edge) perfect for light and sheer fabrics.

With the error LED indicator, you’ll never have to take time out to work out what’s wrong. If something’s not righ (cover open? raised presser foot?), the machine won’t start, so you can safely stop and sort it straight away. This prevents damage to you, your work and your machine. As an extra precaution, the safety sensor deactivates the cutting knife immediately, keeping you safe and protecting the loopers.

The Airflow 3000 gives you great value – it comes with a trim trap, blind stitch foot, gathering foot and piping foot. So whatever material you’re working on, you’ll have the right tools for the job.
