The Overlock foot #2 produces an overcast stitch on 5.5mm and 9mm sewing machines

The Overlock foot #2 is particularly suitable for making seams and neatening edges in stretchy materials and woven fabrics. The edges of the fabric do not curl, resulting in a flat, elastic seam. This foot can also be used to sew high quality hems, waistbands and seams on knit fabrics.

The stitches are formed over the pin on the inside edge of the foot, giving them an additional amount of thread. This prevents the fabric from bunching up and produces a flat, elastic seam.
