The Brother Innov-is A50 is a straightforward computerised machine packed with technology designed to make sewing simple, yet with features that will not limit your creativity.

Its 50 stitches (including 5 styles of 1-step automatic buttonhole) make so many projects possible. This computerised sewing machine allows you to explore your creativity and bring a wide variety of projects to life. You can also select whether the needle should stop in the up or down position when the machine stops, a useful function when turning material, sewing corners, or joining quilt pieces. The feed dogs are easily lowered for free motion sewing or quilting, and the free arm option makes sewing circular or small objects much easier.

The A50 has an advanced one-step needle threading system, Fast And Simple Threading (F.A.S.T.) bobbin winding and quick set drop in bobbin, so you can be sewing in minutes. Stitch selection is simple with the electronic jog dial, and the slide speed control lets you alter your sewing speed (up to 850 stitches per minute) to your project.

The smooth, strong feed system and extra powerful needle penetration mean you have the power to tackle multiple layers and heavier fabrics such as denim, and the upper thread tension can  also be adjusted to suit the fabric thickness and stitch selection.

The backlit LCD screen and LED lights mean you’ll never have to strain to see what you’re doing on this useful machine.
